My son has been attending Ascend for 2 years now and every day he is excited and ready to go to school. He loves his classmates, teachers, and the overall student body. The administration is very attentive and keeps the parents informed at every corner. I really feel the teachers and staff really build a great relationship with the students that make them happy to come to school and I really appreciate that.

My daughter has been a student a Lefferts Gardens Ascend since it opened 2 years ago and my son also attends. They both love this school. From the moment we met the faculty at an open house I knew this would be a place for both of my children. They pride themselves on building partnerships with families to help promote a safe, loving, and strong learning environment. The curriculum is excellent and children are excited to learn every day. The administrative staff is supportive and communication is excellent. Parents are always well informed on what is happening within the school community and there are a lot of fun activities planned for the students throughout the year. The children love their teachers, classmates.

I must I was really nervous about her attending school for the first time, especially during a pandemic but everyone at the Lefferts Garden Ascend Charter Lower School made me and as well as Annalisa feel very comfortable. I was given a tour of the school by the Principal and was very impressed with the way the classrooms, bathrooms, and seating areas were designed. I must say it was a pleasure meeting the principal and also hearing about all the great things the school has to offer. I have heard good things about the vice-principal and other faculty members of the school. Great to have a school of this magnitude in the area.

As a first-time parent of a student at Lefferts Garden Ascend, I cannot be anymore satisfied. The school feels like one huge family and every staff member makes the students feel like individuals. Each staff member knows each child by name and makes the environment a wonderful one for the kids. They have excellent communication with the students as well as the parents. My daughter loves attending LGA and always leaves and returns with a smile. Her classroom teachers are amazing and I have seen a huge improvement in her math, language, reading, and social skills. LGA is a great school if you''re looking for structure, fun, and an academically exciting environment.

LGA is an amazing school. The teachers and staff are truly genuine and deeply invested in supporting our scholars in their academic needs. Not only are they super supportive academically, but they show that they care about our children as little individuals. They are always in contact, make themselves available, and are honest about meeting each child where they are and ensuring they all succeed. Great place to send your children!
